The hammers are swinging, tiles are being laid, and dreams are taking shape! Our Orphan House Renovation 2025 is moving full steam ahead, and we're thrilled to share the progress over the last two weeks with you. These updates aren't just about bricks and beams—they're about creating safe, comfortable, and inspiring spaces for our children and the staff who care for them.
The hammers are swinging, tiles are being laid, and dreams are taking shape! Our Orphan House Renovation 2025 is moving full steam ahead, and we're thrilled to share the progress over the last two weeks with you. These updates aren't just about bricks and beams—they're about creating safe, comfortable, and inspiring spaces for our children and the staff who care for them.
This Week's Renovation Highlights
Here are the areas we've been working on:
- Children's Bedroom 2 – Giving the children a fresh, cozy space to rest and dream.
- Social Worker Bedroom – Creating a comfortable retreat for those who tirelessly guide and support the children.
- Old Children's Shower & Toilet – Upgrading for safety, hygiene, and comfort.
- Old Social Worker & House Parent Bathroom – Modernizing facilities for our dedicated caregivers.
- Metal Stairs – Ensuring sturdy and safe access between floors.
- Balcony Metal Railings Extension – Adding safety features while keeping the view.
- New Remote-Control Motorized Entrance Gate – Making the home more secure and welcoming.
Little Extras That Mean a Lot
We're also preparing for the installation of shower and toilet doors—once they're in place, plumbing fixtures can be completed. And in addition, we've built a new bedroom for our cook, honoring Sister Evelyn's request. After all, caring for the children also means caring for the people who serve them daily. Every nail hammered, every tile placed, and every wall painted is a step closer to a home filled with warmth, safety, and hope. Thank you for standing with us and making this transformation possible. Together, we're not just renovating a building—we're nurturing futures.
