We are currently looking for a meticulous Quality Administration Assistant to support our quality team during a maternity leave. This role includes managing social compliance documentation, working with CRM and external portals, registering suppliers in our QMS system, reviewing artwork, and providing general quality support. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in quality assurance and compliance, while making a valuable contribution to a dynamic and supportive team. You will collaborate with various departments and gain insights into different aspects of quality operations. You will receive thorough training with a one-month handover period. Upon positive evaluation, there is a possibility for a permanent contract.

What will you do?

  • Social Compliance Management: Monitor, collect, and organize documentation related to the social compliance of suppliers (e.g., certificates, audits). Upload and retrieve documents from customer and certification portals (e.g., SEDEX, Amfori BSCI).
  • CRM and Supplier Registration: Manage compliance data in CRM systems (Product IP). Navigate customer-specific quality systems and maintain accurate records. Ensure that suppliers are correctly registered in external systems with up-to-date profiles and documentation.
  • QMS Data Entry: Enter, update, and maintain quality-related data in the QMS, with a focus on traceability and accuracy. Ensure that suppliers are correctly registered in internal systems with current profiles and documentation.
  • Artwork Review: Support the quality and product teams in reviewing packaging and product artwork for regulatory compliance, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • General Quality Support: Assist with quality documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.

What are we looking for?

  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level in a relevant field, preferably in Quality or Business Administration
  • 1 – 3 years of work experience in quality or compliance functions
  • Availability of 36 – 40 hours per week
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, flexible, eager to learn, and a positive attitude
  • Good command of Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with QMS and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills (Dutch and English), both spoken and written
