After resetting them, my bulbs/devices still won’t connect. What can I do?

When your bulbs or devices won’t connect after resetting, please check if you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection. If this is the case your router may be the cause of the problem. The problem could be that there are too many devices linked to your router. When you want to link more than 20 devices, we advise to use a Wi-Fi repeater. If the problem lies within the router’s settings, please contact your provider for further information.
