Yes it is. However, the lights have to be configured by using the app. The bulbs have to be connected to your Wi-Fi in order to be able to be controlled by the remote. After connecting the bulbs with the app you can connect the remote and then the app is no longer needed. The app needs to be installed on your smartphone.
